Dr. Helen Byrnes, the enthusiastic owner of Vetkind, brings her extensive experience and a passion for animal welfare to our Vetkind practices. Her dedication includes volunteering with Vets Beyond Borders, earning her the David Bayvel Memorial Award for Excellence in Animal Welfare in 2016.

To enable us to provide these services, Arana Hills clinic has in-house pathology, digital x-ray, ultrasound and laser facilities, and we also have in-house pathology at Everton Hills. We offer dental procedures and routine surgery such as desexing at all of our clinics. While the more complicated cases; surgical and medical, will be managed at our Arana Hills clinic.
As the end of life draws near, we aim to help you and your pet in those difficult times when there isn’t a cure and your pets’ condition will progress over time.  We offer palliative care  where we focus on treating symptoms and alleviating pain and discomfort to maintain quality of life. We can provide home visits by prior arrangement when needed.
