Why families choose Vetkind
We’re an independent, locally owned practice with clinics at Arana Hills and Everton Hills, caring for pets across these suburbs for more than 23 years.
Our experienced vets and nurses support your pet through every stage of life, from their first puppy or kitten visit to senior care and complex medical and surgical needs, with access to advanced diagnostics, rehabilitation and visiting specialists when extra expertise is needed.
Two clinics, two feels — both unmistakably Vetkind
Arana Hills and Everton Hills sit just minutes apart, but each has its own personality. Wherever you and your pet feel most comfortable, you'll get the same standard of care — whether you're coming from Arana Hills itself, or from Ferny Hills, Keperra, Everton Park, Bunya, Mitchelton, Ferny Grove or Upper Kedron.

Got Questions? VetKind has the Answers
Outside our regular hours, we refer emergencies to two trusted 24-hour providers nearby: BVECCS in Albany Creek and PetER in Stafford. In a genuine emergency, don't wait — call us first if we're open, and if we're not, get in touch with whichever of these is closer or has capacity. Keeping their numbers saved somewhere easy to find (fridge, phone contacts) means you're not searching for them in a stressful moment. If you're ever unsure whether something is an emergency, call us anyway — a quick conversation with our team is always better than guessing.
While anyone is welcome at either of our clinics, the pets we see most come from;
Arana Hills Veterinary Clinic: Arana Hills, Ferny Hills, Keperra, Everton Hills, Bunya, Ferny Grove, Mitchelton, Upper Kedron, Everton Park, Albany Creek
Everton Hills Veterinary Surgery: Everton Hills, Everton Park, Arana Hills, Ferny Hills, Mitchelton, Keperra, Stafford Heights, Upper Kedron.
Arana Hills Veterinary Clinic and Everton Hills Veterinary Surgery sit just minutes apart, so between the two sites we cover this whole pocket of Brisbane's northwest well. If you're nearby and looking for a vet who'll get to know your pet properly over time rather than see you as a one-off appointment, we'd love to meet you — wherever you're coming from.
Vetkind has two clinics serving this area — Arana Hills Veterinary Clinic and Everton Hills Veterinary Surgery. (If you're looking for our former Fernlands clinic in Ferny Hills — that team joined Arana Hills and Everton Hills in August 2026, so you're still in the right place.) Arana Hills is open 8am–6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am–12:30pm on Saturdays. Everton Hills is open 8am–6pm Monday to Friday. Arana Hills is our larger site with a bigger team and more equipment, while Everton Hills is our smaller, single-vet clinic with a quieter feel. Between the two, we're well placed to see pets from Arana Hills, Everton Hills, Ferny Hills, Keperra, Everton Park, Bunya and the surrounding suburbs. If you're not sure which clinic suits you best, or want to check today's availability, give us a call and we'll point you in the right direction.
